Dear Norma: Walter and I went back to the early 70s when he came to me for dental treatment. He was such a kind, gentle and caring man, and I always looked forward to our visits. When I retired I suggested he see Dr. Bart Thompson in Scottsdale so he wouldn't have to make the longer trek to my old office. You and your family have my heartfelt sympathy, but I'm sure you have many, many wonderful memories. Dr. Bill Boynton
