Read MoreI was not only a patient of both Phil's and Walter's, but I was also a friend to Phil, Ella and Walter. I have known them for over 30 years, and will truly miss them all. I enjoyed hearing the many stories of their lives, including Germany, and also of the escapades of Shotzie. Phil was an expert in his field- A true perfectionist. In October Phil extracted 2 teeth for me. One gave him lots of trouble because of my allergy to epinephrine. He got it out after a great deal of work. He was a good man.

I seeked out Phil for his expertese in dentistry after a associate botched a what was to be a simple procedure. Dr. Neaumann performed without a flaw. I will deeply miss his expertise in his field and interesting general conversation.
