Midge and Family, I am very sorry for your loss. You have my heartfelt sympathy and condolences. My late husband Irving and I were good friends of Walter and Midge for several years. He will be missed but the bond of love and memories is always. Erusha

Walter will be sorely missed. We loved you dear cousin and enjoyed our visit with you, our phone conversations and all of our book discussions. You were an amazing person and led an amazing life. May you rest in peace.

Our condolences to all our Newman cousins. Uncle Walter was a kind, sweet man. We know you will miss him. May his memory be a blessing.

My dear friends Walt and Midge were so very special to me. We met at a
"Thank God For Israel," Day over 20 years ago. I thank God for our friendship through the years. We traveled to the upper north woods one
fall and had such a delightful time. I loved to hear the stories of their
world travels and adventures. We will deeply miss them both and send our love and our prayers to the family.

Phyllis - I am so sad to hear of your dad's passing! I remember the first time I met him, I asked to put a campaign sign in his yard. I knocked on the door and was immediately pulled in by your dad's wit, charm and amazing stories, not to mention all of the beautiful clocks and flow blue around the home! I never forgot that visit and I am sure you have so many wonderful memories of your dad. He will always be with you.

As a neighbor, I met Midge on one of her walks with her beloved dog, Buddy. We struck up a conversation and a friendship, which led to meeting Walter. What a unique man. Warm, welcoming, curious, immensely interesting, and a source of ever-present kindness.

My family feel blessed to have spent time with Walter, Midge, and her family, and our deepest sympathy is extended to them.

So sorry for your loss. Walter was a great gentleman and raised a wonderful family. RIP sir.
