Not sure what to say?

We will miss you greatly. With all my love, Gretchen

Wally and I both survived near fatal car accidents in the early 1980's. We often talked about how lucky we were that we had another chance at life. How people took life for granted...how you never knew when your time was up. How many people didn't realize how lucky they were. Wally definately did not take life for granted. He touched everyone he met with a genuine realness in a world of much fakeness. We love you Wally! Thanks for living when you did....you will always be with us. "The best...

words can't describe how i feel about Wally. He was my best friend/my children's uncle/my confidante. I miss our talks in the "cave". All of the stories, laughs, and now tears. He will be with me forever. I love him and I know that he knew that and that keeps me at peace. I miss his laugh! I still hear him laughing everyday when I think of him.Now that he's gone I realize how much I loved our friendship. We love you!

Wally was a great guy -- the kind of guy who reminded you that we're here to enjoy life and pursue our passions. He had a great big heart and always wanted to make the people around him happy -- he was the rare person who was very genuinely interested in all whom he met. His thirst for knowledge and for how to "make stuff look cool" was and is a continuing source of motivation and inspiration to those of us who created graphics alongside him. His interest in helping others manifested itself...

Wally was the most talented individual I have ever known. He was always willing to help, and had the answer to any graphics question I would pose. On top of that, he was a nice guy. We will miss him. May he rest in peace.

To my beloved 'calabash' nephew:
I shall always love and revere you.
Mahalo for the beautiful life we shared. Leis of ALOHA and HUGS.

WALLY WAS SO COOL..HAD WIDE RANGE OF CONVERSATION AND WOULD ALWATS TALK TO YA AT MCORMICKS..MISS HIM MUCH..GO CUBS!

wally was one of my best friends and will be missed greatly. As I reflect on our past, irealize how much he has affected myself and the way I look at things. When I find myself with tears of grief, I see him laughing at me, and then I start to laugh with him, too. He enjoyed life and I know he would like all of us to keep enjoying it for and with him. He was the best. I'll always miss him and will always remember him. He will always be here with me.

Wally was a great guy! He always had a kind word and a joke to share. We'd lost touch over the years but all the memories are good ones!
