Not sure what to say?

We should all strive to be as quiet, kind and generous as Walter.

Hard to believe 5 years have passed since Walter left us. He was kind and generous, I only trained Walter for a short time in the winter of '15-16, it was truly enjoyable and something I looked forward to. I would visit the Delray home and we'd have a routine that explored and challenged his capabilities, all while monitoring his blood oxygen levels to insure his well being and function. I miss you.

Wonderful man, sorry to hear of his passing, he will be missed. Heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to family and others whose lives he has touched.

I had the privilege to work for Mr. Oeschle. Words can't describe how much I admire him. Very kind, compassionate , intelligent. He made a big difference in my life. Grief can be hard , but our special memories help us cope. I miss you and love you❤. Juliana Costa

Walter greatly enhanced the prestige of the 1957
Class through his philanthropy and quite leadership. His continuing devotion to Lafayette was truly remarkable. A giant of a person.

Walter was as principled as he was kind. He had one of the most gracious personalities I have ever observed. I knew him as a devoted alumnus whose passions were diverse and his generosity was deep. As a member of the Lafayette BOT I remember him as more interested in doing the right thing than fixated on the prestige of office. He will be missed.

I will miss Mr.Oechsle kindness.
