OLIN, Walter F. - Of Grand Blanc, age 61, died suddenly Thursday, September 11, 2014.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Thursday, September 18, 2014
at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Per Walter?s wishes, cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 12-8pm Wednesday and 11am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
A lover of fine food, a great glass of wine and a mighty good cigar. Born in Detroit, Michigan to Algird and Ann (Petroski) Olin. Owner of Crossbow Inn for 36 years he served the Grand Blanc and surrounding communities.
Survived by his brother, George (Bev) Olin, life-long friend, Diana Rye, uncle to Renee (Michael) Cunningham, Marc (Kelly) Olin, cherished great uncle of a niece and four nephews, and the Crossbow Inn family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in his name to a charity of your choice.

I think about Walt often, he never met a stranger and welcomed us all into his family.
