Not sure what to say?

Dear David,

Dion and family,
Your Father did his part to make the world a better place. We are all the better for his being here.
He has earned his rest.

Dear David and Osika Family,

I am sorry for your loss. I wish you all comfort during this time of sorrow and warmth from fond memories of Mr. Osika.

Dear Aunt Peggy and children,
Chuck and I were saddened to hear that our dear
Uncle Vodge had passed away. I feel so fortunate that I talked with him several times this past month. He was so special. Our sincere sympathy to you and the family. Love,
Sharon

Although I never met Walter, I am privileged to know his son Dion and daughter-in-law Teri and heard many stories about his WWII exploits. Dion's stories about his father were always told with reverence and respect and I can tell he held him in high regard. If his son is any measure, I know Walter was a fine man and led a good life. Our sympathy to the Osika family.

Our sincere sympathy to the entire Walter Osika family. We enjoyed visiting with Uncle Walter and Aunt Peggy four years ago.

I have heard Dion (and Teri) speak many, many times of their pride and love of Mr. Osika, his life and his accomplishments. May those warm, happy memories be with you this weekend, and remain with you forever.
