Walter was born on March 20, 1925 and passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018. Walter was a resident of Greenville, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He returned home and graduated from Penn High School in 1947. While in school, Ralph joined the Navy at age 16 and became a seabee during WWII.
