Nov. 17, 1925 - May 17, 2015 Funeral service for Walter L. "Tacky" Rice will be held on Thur. at 11 a.m. from Union Chapel with Dr. O. Wendell Davis officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Rice was employed at Alabama A&M University with the Security Department.
