Walter Joseph Roeder Jr.

Walter was born on March 25, 1934 and passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Walter was a resident of Campbell Hall, New York at the time of his passing. Walter served honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife Grace. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, August 9th at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, August 10th at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave., Goshen, NY. Burial will follow in the Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Goshen. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity supporting military families, Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties or Orange County Right to Life.
