I am so sorry to hear of Walt's passing. I first met Walt when my dad bought his first Buick from him at Houser. I re-met Walt again when I had joined the Springfield Kiwanis Club. He was such a wonderful, dedicated member that I had the opportunity to work with. He will me dearly missed. My condolences to Walt's family.

Myles, Gina, Liz.....been thinking about you these past 2 days.....hugs and prayers to all of you. Judy L/BMC

I met Walter early in the spring of 1953 when I went to work with him at his fathers DeSoto Plymouth Dealership in Springfield, Mass. He has been a guiding friend to me for all these years. My sincere sympathy are with his family, and especially with his wonderful companion Marilyn Hughes. He will be sorely missed.

Myles, Elizabeth and Family,

So sorry to read of Walter's passing. I have such wonderful memories of him, from when we were all young, delivering auto parts at Sattler Buick, then Houser Buick. Then I bought a couple of cars from him. Also skiing with Walter at Blanford. Also when I bar tended at the Dolphin.
I have not seen him in years, but there is always those wonderful memories of time that I spent with him.
May his memory be eternal.

Respectfully,

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Sattler family for your loss at this time RIP Walter
