Not sure what to say?

Barney was a tender hearted guy with a keen sense for business. I never will forget his advice to me when I was contemplating leaving Cargill which included the phrase "the devil that you know may be better than the devil that you don't know". I forever cherish the thoughtful peson that he was and the leadership that he provided.

My sincere condolences and sympathy go out to all of his friends and family.
Sincerly,

To Barney's family,
I was very saddened to hear of his passing. I think the comment, "a gentle man and a gentleman", really says it all. I knew Barney for many years during my years at Cargill. I always looking forward to seeing him at functions. He will be missed.
My deepest sympathy.
