Not sure what to say?

Attitude, Mindset, Enthusiasm, Sincere in your effort. LIFE OF A CHEF.

I worked with Chef Scheib at Boca Raon Resort & Club. He was the executive chef at the time. I was so sorry to hear that he passed away.

To Jean, your sons and Scheib family,
My deepest condolences on Walters death. He gave so many of us culinarians so much over the years. I can say the 5 years were fun, and made me better at what I do. RIP.....Chef

To Jean and your sons
My deepest sympathy to you all on the loss of Walter. All those years ago, all the knowledge he shared, and I know so many others he touched, he will be remembered for what he did the best, and the careers made flourish. It was the best 'kitchen' years of my career.

Sending prayers for Jean and Walter's children and family. Remembering with fondness time spent together with Gonzaga Hockey and cooking before football games. RIP Walter!
The Hanrahan Family

Our Creator promises to give you the strength to live each day without. He says, "I have heard your prayers, I have seen your tears". I will heal you. 2 Kings 20:5

Our sincere condolences to Walter's family and loved ones...I have struggled to find the right words to honor my good friend of twenty five years...but my heart is too heavy and nothing I can say seems adequate. Just know that he and all his loved ones are in our prayers. The world has lost a wonderful man who gave so much of himself to help others find their way.
