Not sure what to say?

memories every time I hear a train Walter. Hope you are resting in Peace my friend.

Walt with his Mom and nephew in basement layout.

Walter will be greatly missed trackside. Whenever I would see him he would ask me about current RR operations up in the Hudson Valley and I would get a chance to see the latest RR book or HO locomotives he acquired which he always had on hand in his mobile library / museum! He was a fountain of information and was still thrilled with current operations even though he had seen and experienced in person all the great RRs of the past (Reading, PRR, CNJ, LV, etc.) We will miss you and hold open...

Always enjoyed talking with Walt at West Trenton Station. Will miss him and his humor. RIP Walt!

I used to be the kid down the block peeking into the Schopp basement on S. Logan Ave. I fondly remember the time Walter invited in to run trains on their huge layout. We got a 100+ car train running. What a thrill! I remain a model railroader to this day and am appreciative of Walter's generosity with time.
