Walter Williams Scott

The Scott's backyard adjoined ours and the Ashworth's and for years while our kids were growing Walter, Ray and I, green thumbs, held an annual contest raising 'tomaatoes' where the 3 fences met. Walter's were always best, mine OK and Ray's the tallest. Excess harvest was converted to juice for bloody marys consumed all winter-good healthy sport!

I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed time spent with your dad. There are so many memories of dinners at the Richmond house and weekends picking crabs at Gloucester Banks. I will hold those in my heart along with you and all your family. Love you all. Cari

Walter was a sweet gentleman. Kind, caring and a good cook. He will be missed by those who loved him, and by those he did not know, for his devotion to our community.
