Walt was a coach even in retirement -- he coached bowlers. He always was available to recommend techniques and tricks to better bowling. Walt was a legend among bowlers, making near-impossible spares along with his frequent strikes. He never criticized a bowler, always emphasizing a better way -- positive, and supportive. Mr. Seiler was my 7th grade social studies teacher in Omak. He always stressed that we needed to start being responsible for ourselves because our parents weren´t always going to support us. He would say, "One day you´ll walk out of the house and hear your dinner plate break on the floor."
