Oh Walt, i miss you and Sabotini so much! You were and still are my Best Man! Not a day goes by that I do not miss my older brother!!

I miss you Walt, you were my big brother !!! Thinking of you tonight and what a special friend you were !!! I really ,miss you !!!!!!!!!

Still cannot believe Walt is gone! He was a force of energy! I always looked up to him as my big brother. I let petty issues divide us. We had a disagreement when i found that Forbes and he were hunting without me. So I defeated both of their numbers thinking if I was their friend they would contact me. They never did and then when I tried to figure out how to contact them I could never find their number. Now I feel so disgusted that I did not drive to Walt' place and work things out. ...

Walt, was always proud of his Michigan heritage and their participation in the famous Iron Brigade. We got on so many properties to hunt relics in Virginia by asking the owners if they would like to see a Yankee. Then we would bring Walt out as they had not seen true Yankees in over 150 years and they usually would give us permission to hunt their property !! PS, Walt say hey to the Sab, miss you both !!

Walt was a great person and friend. Wish I had only lived up to being the friend he deserved. I will miss his humor and good nature! I am so saddened that I will never see him again in this life! This is picture of him hunting in Petersburg area.
