Walter was such a gentleman who will be missed by many. I will never forget him helping with WMH patients even after Pat passed. He loved being helpful. Rest in Peace and now you are together again. Miss you

My beloved Uncle Walter was a man who lived his life to the highest standards of integrity and devotion. His life and example made a difference. His loss is profound for our family but he is with Pat now and that deserves celebration. Rest in peace.

Walter (and family). From one Viet Nam vet and USAF retiree to another Welcome home Brother and thank you for your service. Rest gently in God's palm. We will take it from here. My condolences to the Sturm family. I worked for Walter at BSW and learned he was a true leader. On my first day of work he said "treat others the way you would want to be treated". I never forgot who gave me that advise over 40 years ago. RIP Walt. Fred Peck
