Not sure what to say?

Uncle Walter,
We will sure miss the cheese pound cakes you often made for us. That nice smile you kept on your face.

you were a man of God that loved the church and your family i didnt see you much but i love you grandpa

Role model is the first thing i think about Poppa. He was such a positive force of energy that is both loving and prominent. Poppa was always my hero and my role-model and the footsteps of my life will be like his.

Poppa knew me better than anyone else and has always told me since i was too young to understand, "I love you no matter what." And even up to recently i could not understand the "no matter what" part, but now i do. I shed no more tears because Poppa is with me everyday,...

For that someone whom I loved so dearly. All the years we had been together our love was always present! I miss you very much and you will always be in my heart; Until we meet again one day and we are able to pray together at night~you sleep on my husband...until that one great day. We shall be together again, I Love You with all my heart from your loving Wife, "Nancy."

Papa, "you forgot to give me my nose back". I am sure you are holding it hostage to ensure my safe passage into heaven. You were a blessing to us. God blessed me with wonderfully supportive grandparents for which I am eternally greatful. I love you Papa. Thank you for being a part of my life. God places people in our lives for a reason. Thank you for allowing god to use you. goodbye Papa.

Papa. "You forgot to give my nose back". I am sure you are holding it hostage to ensure my safe passage into heaven. I will forever remember you as the loving supportive papa you were. You were a blessing. God blessed me with wonderful grandparents and I will be forever grateful. Love you Papa, goodbye.

Uncle Walter was a kind, loving Christian man who loved his family and his church. He has left us a great legacy. His homegoing service was beautiful just like his life. Aunt Nancy , we love you and will be there for you and our cousins.

To my one and only brother, Deacon Walter R. Tait Jr.,
I will always remember the calls, visits, and good times we enjoyed together. Your christian walk will always be a great example for all of us to follow. So Nancy, you were a wonderful wife and mother. We love you. Children you were full of love and happiness to your father. Continue to take good care of mom as I am sure you will.

Much love,
Sister and Aunt Ollie Miree Polk and Family. Detroit, MI

Uncle Walter will be fondly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Nancy and our cousins, as well as with our mom, Clysteene Tait Ross, and Aunt Ollie.
