I worked with Walt at the ATC facility in Jacksonville for many years. He was a great guy that loved what he did. I remember playing golf with Walt and before we played he had to take his golf shoes off and play all 18 holes barefooted. We had such a great time. I will surely miss him. I´ll see you again though.

Although I did not have a close friendship with Walt I knew him as described above... kind and warm. Very personable guy that worked hard. I´m positive he will be missed by all that knew him and his bright smile. May he rest in peace.
