Walter J. Unger

Walter was born on September 30, 1932 and passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019. Walter was a resident of Bow Lake Estates, New Hampshire at the time of passing. Walter also was retired from the Army National Guard after 20 year of service and attaining the rank of Captain. Friends and family may call from 5-7 on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Purdy Memorial Chapel, 2 Concord Rd, RT. 4, Lee NH 03861 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Wednesday, June 19th at St. Joseph's Church of Northwood, 944 First NH Turnpike, RT. 4 Northwood, NH 03261 with Father John Mackenzie, officiating. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Walter's name to the Town of Strafford NH Fire Department, 360 Province Rd, Strafford NH 03884 for all the help they gave Walter as his health was failing.
