Not sure what to say?

Happy birthday Gerry! Thinking of your helpfulness still makes me smile.

Thinking of Gerry still puts a smile on my face. He made lasting memories with those he was connected with.

Gerry was an invaluable member of the DLA Conveyor support team prior to his retirement. Working the evening shift, he diligently maintained the automated equipment to ensure it was operational when the Distribution team was in full swing. I learned quickly that Jerry was a knowledgeable and very cooperative. Many times I called on him to resolve work stoppage situations; his efforts helped ensure the materials were able to be shipped on time. I am grateful that Gerry was able to...

Gerry was quite the character when he was at the MAM. He was a big part of the Sunday Crew, always ready to deal with keeping the heads squared away, special events and just about anything else. His passing is a significant impact to the MAM, but we must keep in mind that he has walked the walk, and is in Heaven with Our Lord. Prayers for his soul. Solo con Dios!!

Gerry was an invaluable member of the Military Aviation Museum's volunteer corps. He put in over 2,000 hours of volunteer service over the last 13 years, often doing the "dirty" jobs others hesitated doing, like cleaning bathrooms and working the trash detail during special events. He was a selfless team player with an incredible work ethic. We are sure going to miss him at the museum! - Zack Baughman, Military Aviation Museum Volunteer Coordinator
