As you well know, he was efficient and had an outstanding knowledge of how to make everything work the right way the first time! knew and worked with walter almost 25 years. cannot express how highly i thought of walter! he was always 100% willing to do anything to help people. he made my years of work so much easier. and more importantly, i was a better person just for having known walter. may god speed your healing process.

I remember attending cookouts at your house and your Dad and whole family was always welcoming to me and my son, Lance. Your Dad worked with mine (Tony Koss) at Roche, and they both had company cars (Chevrolet Celebrity's). Your Dad's car worked fine and mine had a lemon that was in the shop constantly. Your Dad went out of the way to give mine a ride to work many, many times while his lemon vehicle was being repaired yet again.
He will be missed and my thoughts and prayers are with you...

He was a pillar of honesty, and had the ability to get along with everyone. His even demeanor often raised our spirits when things were gloomy.
