Not sure what to say?

Walter and I - Don Pesta - were boating buddies at the Westlake Yacht Club, and I left for Florida in 1972. Walter had the 28 foot marnete boat and did we ever boat. He spent a great deal of time with me and my buddy Phil at Huntingteon beach. How I remember how he was always ready to go on a trip. The boat was the Nauti Miss./
I had an old flare gun from WWII surplus, and the barrel was to small to fit the standard 1" flare, so one evening I and others accompanied him to his shop and...

There are two things that immediately come to mind about Grandpa. One was how much he enjoyed himself. He was always quick with a smile, a joke, and was instant friends with just about every stranger he met. He would tell great stories and the best thing was how he would crack up laughing while telling them.

The other is how he would always keep himself busy with things he enjoyed. Whether it was his stained glass, gardening, boating, fishing, hunting, or working around the cabin,...

To all of the Wally Wolf clan. We are so sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Wally was like a grandfather to my brother and I, and there are so many stories of our time up in the north woods. He will be greatly missed, and will always have a special place in our heart.
Truly,
The Schmidt's (Ernest, Brian, and Renee)

Aunt Fran --
I'm so sorry for your loss, but glad to have reconnected last summer. I hope to come see you in your home this summer and am thinking about you, Uncle Wally, Joan, Wally and Ed. I wish time and circumstance had kept us closer and intend to try to remedy that. Love, Lynn Wolf Dulcie and all the Dulcies.

I nwill miss Walter and his lovely gardening. Prettiest house to look at. Rest in peace.

To Grandma Fran, Dad, Uncle Ed & Aunt Joan (and the rest of the family),

Our condolences on Grandpa's passing. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend. His humor and jokes kept us laughing and his insight and guidance kept us real. He is a feisty funny old German, who we will miss having in our lives.

Grandpa - you have had a positive impact on our lives and always kept us laughing along the way. I remember spending time with with you (never a dull moment)...
