Not sure what to say?

To Walter's family I would just like to say that a better man I've never known. As my employer he was fair and honest. As my friend he was generous and kind. I will never forget how he always treated me with respect and dignity. He not only had my respect but that of an entire community. He was just a good man and will be sorely missed.

To Pat and extended family

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always remember everything you did for Herb and I, you and Walt were there for me during my loss. He was a very special man. The Lord bless you and keep you.

Pat and the entire Family:

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Pat and extended family,
It is never easy to say goodbye to a loved one here on earth and I send my sympathy to each of you. Because Walter trusted in Jesus as his Savior we rest in the promise of God's Word that to be "absent from the body" is to be "present with the Lord." (2 Corinthians 5:8) I am asking the Prince of Peace to grant you His peace at this time. With love, Leah Carey

The moment I read about Walter's passing my head became flooded with fond memories of the past. What stands out most is the way you and Walter accepted me into your house and made me feel more than welcome. I felt comfortable in your home and around your family.
Since the time Mom & Dad moved out of the valley, in 1993, the need to make the long drive faded away, and so did the connection with several good friends. ...

My thoughts and prayers to the Zimmerman family.

I will never forget the influence Walter had on my life for 31 years that I worked for him. God Bless him.
