I'm am so sorry and shocked to hear of the passing of Walton. I will always remember him for THE WAY he helped me with numerous 1031 exchanges and how he was so generous, willing and able in sharing his time and knowledge. What a wonderful person and professional. Definitely one of the memorable souls of this earth. I will miss him dearly.
