Wanda F. Coffman

Funeral service for Wanda F. Coffman, 74, will be Friday, February 11, 2022 at 11:00 am at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Mac McCaleb officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery in Childersburg, AL. Mrs. Coffman died Sunday, February 6, 2022 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen & Ed Freeman. Mrs. Coffman first sang in church at 5 years old and was a member at numerous choirs for many churches. During her career she taught 1st grade and 3rd grade grammar school and english & speech in high school. She worked in adult education at CACC for 15 years. Mrs. Coffman loved teaching and she loved every student she ever taught. She is survived by her husband, Norman Coffman and numerous cousins. Visitation will be Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Marble City Baptist Church for the Tori & Kasal Kong Ministry. Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.
