Wanda Jean Falcon

"Lord I go in peace, for I have seen Your glory and salvation. Yesterday is gone forever, but today I shall treasure blessed memories of the time God walked with me through the valley life." On Friday, October 9, 2015, Wanda Falcon, 53 years old, left this earthly life and went to a better place to be with the Lord. Wanda was employed by the Livingston Parish District Attorney's Office. Wanda is survived by her faithful fiance' and companion, Reece Holden, of Livingston; her mother, Joyce Jarreau of Ventress; and her twin brother, Warren Falcon, Jr. and wife, Cherie of Ventress. She is also survived by her two special cousins, Brenda Guidroz and Randy Guidroz and her aunt, Aullie Guidroz, whom she adored. Wanda was preceded in death by her father, Warren Falcon, Sr.; her daughter, Kim Jarreau; her step-father, Roger Jarreau; step-sister, Kimberly Jarreau; her maternal grandparents, Nolan and Eve Jarreau; and her paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Lillian Falcon. Special thanks to her doctor who she confided in, Dr. Patrick Stagg; also District Attorney Scott Perrilloux and all the employees of the Livingston Parish District Attorney's Office and Our Lady of the Lake 5th floor nurses and staff. Special thanks to Brenda Guidroz, who not only is her cousin, but, was her continuous caregiver throughout her battle and illness. As well as the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office for the many thoughts and prayers, especially Michael and Mary Beth Salassi and Betty Rayburn for their generousity. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m.
