MILLER, Wanda T. - Of Flint, age 85, died Friday, March 16, 2007 at East Lansing Health Care. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 706 Beach Street in Flint, Father John Flynn, O.S.A. officiating. Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation 3-9PM Monday and 4-9PM Tuesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. A Rosary will be prayed at 7PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Miller will be at the church from 9AM Wednesday until the time of the Mass. Wanda was born in Caro, Michigan on August 13, 1921 and was a resident of the Flint area most of her life. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, the Altar Society and AC Women's Club. Mrs. Miller retired from AC Spark Plug Division. Surviving are 6 children, Dr. John and wife Roberta Miller of Moran, Wyoming, Patrick and wife Alana Miller of East Lansing, Mary Miller of Flushing, Dr. Robert Miller and wife Dr. MaryJo Preston Miller of Dearborn, Philip Miller of Flint, Suzanne and husband James Cole of Fenton; 5 grandchildren, John Miller, III, Naomi Houghton, Leah Sherman, Parrity Murray and Bobby Miller; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Lottie Perkins of Sterling Heights and Louise Shiflett of Vassar, Michigan; many nieces and nephews.
