WANDA WEBB

Wandaand her mother Rena were good friends with my parents, Ruth and Walter Price, who passed in 2011 and 2016. They loved visiting with Wanda and Rena at Bell Road Baptist Church and eating annual Black-eyed Peas for good luck on New Year's Day, a southern tradition they all shared. Wanda always had a smile for us, a very caring individual indeed. She will be missed.

Wanda was a PE teacher at PHS when I was there. She expected us to pay attention, do our best & have fun. She often made us laugh then said, "now, pay attention". We were paying attention to her which is why we laughed. Of course, she meant we were to pay attention to all that we were expected to learn & to participate. Thank you & rest in peace. Wanda was a Phys Ed teacher at Placer High. She was also my friend. She was such a kind woman, Always encouraging, always supportive. She drove me to Sacramento to buy my first guitar. Hwe students loved her and she loved us back. I am saddened to learn of her passing but knowing that she is now home with her Heavenly Father brings me joy. Rest In Peace, my dear friend.
