Wanda was an important part of my college years. I volunteered in Congressman Whalen's Dayton office the summer of 1975 during which she was so kind and generous. Then in 1976, she arranged for me to spend the summer in DC as an intern for Mr. Whalen. We stayed in touch for many years and she even was present at my wedding in 1985. I treasure the memories of this great lady, and pray that her family is blessed with only happy memories of their years with her.

I first met Wanda when I started working at the City of Dayton. She mentored me and befriended me and showed me the ropes of working at the City of Dayton. She was a great lady and will be missed by many.
