Dear Jude and Family,
I am deeply saddened by Ward's passing. He was a wonderful person and a gifted musician. He was kind-hearted and was always willing to help those in need. I will never forget his laugh, his "pie in the sky" ideas, or his awesome stage performances.
It was wonderful being a part of the Birmingham Sunday with Ward. I will cherish our years together and hold fond memories of those "wild and crazy" Birmingham Sunday days.
My deepest...

I knew Ward since 1965 In Carson City. We both played guitar and formed the Birmingham Sunday together. We wrote songs and had many stories when ever we got together. We had talked about independently producing and recording another Sunday Album and had started on the compositions. Phil, John, Gene, Debbie, Dave and I have recorded three new original songs. When we would get together for reunions, we would always get together and make a phone call to Ward after his stroke. We always hoped...

I am so sorry to hear about Ward. He and I were good friends in Carson City during the 60's. He and his family moved to Nevada from Buffalo because of his asthma condition. Ward and his brother Monte initially lived down the street on Hot Springs Road in Carson, and we hit it off. He was in my biology class and I had to share my book with him during his first week at school in the 7th grade. At the time, Ward and Monte were taking music lessons and their father was emphatic that they...

Jude, Jasmine and Andee,
I knew your mom and dad when I babysat Jasmine from the time you were a newborn until you were almost 2 years old. Your father was a hard worker and I know that the fun and loving memories you had with him will help all of you during this time of grief. May God bless all of you during this time of sorrow.
Love, Tammy (Parke) Andreini

Jude, Jasmine & Andrea,
I knew your husband/Dad at Jiffy-tite. He was always nice to everyone and participated in dressing up for Halloween or other events during Employee Appreciation Week.
Ward talked of his family often and was proud of you all. I hope you know that he loved you all very much.
I wish you all the best.

I will always remember how you made every holiday so special and always brought things home for me and Andee, I remember you taking us to river in the summer and always trying to spend so much time with us even though you worked so many hours. You worked harder than any man I have ever known. I am so sad that Dominic will never know you as a person but you will always be in his heart because I will never let him forget Grandpa Ward. I miss you so much already. Love you Daddy.

The 37 years we were together holds too many memories to mention. When you were on stage making your guitar sing and your long, wavy black hair would be moving in time to the music, would make my soul soar. You touched and brought laughter to many lives. Rest well and be at peace my Husband.

I remember the way your hands were strong and weathered, proof of a life of hard work and dedication. I would watch them play guitar flawlessly, the low hum of your voice and the tap of your feet echoing throughout the house.
I remember our trips to Donner Lake, the Truckee River, Sunday night barbecues, Windmill Quarry. The way you would pretend to be a shark and grab my ankle underwater while I would scream and thrash wildly.
I remember the way your voice was deep with a hint of...
