Ward Lewis Shaw

Ward was my teacher and taught me to play the big fat notes on trumpet back in the late 70s. Just when I thought I had the technique down he showed me how it's really done. The notes he could effortlessly play... WOW. I lost 3 idols in 2006 that made me the trumpet player I am today and still play in their memory.
