Warner Carlson

My thoughts and prayers are with the Carlson family during this difficult time. Warner (Mr. Carlson or Coach to me!) was a tremendous influence in my early faith journey at a critical time during junior high and high school. His lasting influence on me as one of our Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Huddle leaders will remain with me for the rest of my days on earth, he was always such an encouragement any time I had the opportunity to speak with him long after my high school years. So sorry to hear about Warner's passing! What a great man! Warner and I sponsored the Fellowship of Christian Athletes huddle in Holdrege for several years when I taught at the high school along with Warner. Awesome family as well! He will be missed but know that he is with his Lord! Randy Nelson
