Not sure what to say?

I didn't personally know Mr. Johnson, but I am very good friends with his loving son, Bob.

I say "loving", because he often spoke of his Dad. Doing that is unusual between men for some unknown reason. Men have a tendency to not get as close to their friends as women do, which in my opinion, is strange.

By Bob being that way, showed me how "close" he was to his Dad, and how much he loved him.

God Bless Mr. Johnson.

Uncle Warner was my mother's brother. I never saw him angry; he always made me feel like I mattered. He reminded me of my Grandpa Ernie Johnson whom I adored. He had a wonderful sense of humor. I remember he used to sign his cards to Mom as "WART" which stood for Warner, Amy, Robert and Terry. And he sent squaw bread and fruitcake at Christmas time. He will certainly be missed in this world! Keep in touch, Terry and Bob! - Cousin Ruthi

Uncle Warner was a special Uncle. He and Clare were both very special to me. When I would visit Grandma and Grandpa Johnson’s home Warner and Clare would play airplane with me and twirl me around the room by holding my hands and legs. I was 3 and 4 years old at the time. Clare and Warner both worked at Buries’ Bakery in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, as did Grandpa Johnson. I always thought they were the best bakers. They gave me a tour of the bakery and always treated me as an adult.
