If you think of all the families Warren helped over the years as a Government employee administering pograms with dignity and a caring attitude to the families that he served. I am sure sure he will be given a crown in heaven that says "a good made who cared and tried to help is fellow man".

Even though I only knew Warren for a short time, I so appreciated that twinkled that shined in his eyes and recognized truly what a fine man he was.
