The late Phil Bryant, who was my husband, worked for Warren as an investigator in the sixties. I think someone should write a book about this remarkable man who truly was a legend in his own time. To add to the cat and dog remembered in the survivors list, there once was a dog named Hubert Humphrey.

My thoughts are with you. As you know from our conversations, I well know the feelings you are sharing after loosing a husband and a child myself. Of the memories I can recall of Warren, I will NEVER forget the boat excursion we took and I asked about a box at the helm which was neatly labeled with someone's name on it. When I asked Warren about it, he replied it was the ashes of an old friend and he just hadn't gotten around to disbursing them yet. That box looked...
