Buttons & I started together with Fitzpatrick Bros Catering in Malden, MA during the mid 1960's He was a friend then and he is a friend now. When I went to work for the Sheriff's Dept. in 1969 he was still my friend, but he became my mentor! Though he cheated at cribbage and hand ball I still loved him. Now retired myself, I will cherish his friendship, honour him as a leader and love him always as a man of integrity. Middlesex needs a lot more of them!! Sleep well my friend, I will miss you!...

My deepest sympathy to all, there are no words I can say to tell you what a truly remarkable man Warren was, you all know, he was a very special gift to us all and I really feel blessed to have shared so many times with him and of course with Barbara, my best friend. I feel only great sadness and a deep sense of loss. As you all know you were loved so much by both of them. Your love for them and the memories you all shared will forever keep them close to you.
