Warren Thomas Chapman

I will always remember Warren as just a good person. We were together in the Peace Corps in Paraguay in a 1967 - 1968. Also were born in the same year, 1944.

I did not realize that Warren and I shared not only our two years in the first Paraguay group. I lived in Watsonville, CA from 1959 until 1964. I worked with the American Red Cross spending several months in Puerto Rico with a disaster team, and he was only a couple months older than me.

Wonderful neighbor and friend, husband and father. So many memories of knowing the children and enjoying Warren and Fay.

Our sister, mine in particular, died the same week. Steve and I and the girls were all together for her service in Florida--talking about time in Seattle. We did not know of Warren's passing til now. To Faye and the girls: we will miss our Warren. He is out there in my hearts in Red Jacket, sailing and exploring the islands. We will miss him.

I also was a member in the same Peace Corps group in Paraguay in 1966-1967. He was a very nice and gracious person. I'm glad that I knew and learned from him.
