Hi family, sorry to see this in the paper. I hope that things are alright. It seems that the only way we see each other is when something happens. May the good lord watch over you and the rest of your family.

Dale will be greatly missed by both myself and TJ. TJ loved sitting on the porch with Dale and Bandit and will miss that. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

The first memory that comes to mind of Judge Cole was the time he came tearing out of the court room when I let out a scream. He found me standing on my chair and wanted to know what the hell was going on. I had found a mouse in my desk drawer! He turned around and went back into the courtroom not looking too happy.

I hope your family has many such funny things to remember Judge Cole be through the years.
