Dear Trudy, Gwynne and Wendy,
Eric called me Sat. with the news. I am very sorry to hear it. I know he hasn't been himself for quite awhile, so he is now at peace and with your Mother. I remember how good both of them were to me when it was just Eric and I in the little house and even when we built the house across the street and how Anne-Marie would always go over and visit when she was little and there was no other traffic on the street so she would go over by herself.

Eric called me with the sad news yesterday. I am sorry to hear it. He did tell me that your Dad had not been himself for a couple of years. Now he is at peace and with you Mother.
I will always remember how they were such good neighbors to me when I lived in East Bangor.
