We are so very sorry to hear of Warren's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Prissy, Pyeatt, Cara and Warren 3rd. I worked with Warren at J. Frank Holt and Co and have been friends for over 50 years. I was his "mail" person while he was on vacation in California for many years. He and Prissy are like family to us and we will miss him so very much. Love to all the family. Suzy and Bill Evans

Dear Prissy and Cara, sending my heartfelt sympathies and prayers of peace and comfort to cover you always. In the kindness and love you both show to your community and loved ones, you are each a testimony to the wonderful man Warren was, the love he gave, and the life you shared together. May you find comfort in the love surrounding you. We love you.

Warren was one of Happy´s favorite fraternity brothers & was always proud of him for becoming the SAE President and doing a great job.
