Jay and his mother were tenants in one of my apartments for several years. He was a wonderful son, caring for and supporting his mom. He also supported the community as a volunteer fireman. It was a privilege to have known Jay as a young man. May he rest in peace.

It breaks my heart to have to write this. Jay was a dear friend to me and my family. I only knew Jay for about 6 years but throughout that time he became family. He would always go out of his way to help others. He was one of those folks that you could label as a BEST FRIEND he was always there for you. I´m so blessed to have been able to go to an Oriole game with Jay a few days before he went to be with our Savior. Jay you will be missed by many. Until we meet again God Bless you my dear...
