He saved my life back in 1979 when I was a child and very ill with a serious urologic problem. I´m still here, doing okay, and will be grateful to him for the rest of my life. Rest in peace, Dr. Koontz.

I will miss Warren. We often sat together at rotary and he was so welcoming when I was a new rotarian. He clearly made this world a better place.
