Not sure what to say?

Just read the obituary of Warren in The Banner. Remember when he took my place as Administrator at Millbrook Christian School. Because he was such a great basketball player at Calvin, the junior high students asked for his autograph. Always had much respect for Warren and his wonderful Christian example. Sending along our sympathies. George & Betty Groen

Just heard about Warren's passing. He was such a wonderful teacher and coach when I had him in middle school and always remembered me and greeted me so cheerfully whenever we ran into each other through the years.! I am sure he is greatly missed!!!! I will keep the family in my prayers!

Marcia and Family, I think Warren and I figured out years ago that we are second cousins. I recall meeting Warren at many times in many places. He was always so wonderfully cordial. After I moved to Grand Rapids, I was frequently asked if I was related to Warren and was happy to reply that I was. He accomplished a lot for Christian education and Christ's kingdom on earth. We have lost a great man of God. I hope the peace of our Savior will be with all of you.

My dad was Warren's basketball reffing partner for many years, and he was my guidance counselor while I attended G.R.C.H.S. I remember his kindness and encouragement as well as the supportive touch of his giant gentle hand engulfing mine as I fretted about some decision or another. I am so sorry for your loss as Mr. Otte was a wonderful human being who touched a lot of lives. I'll be praying for you as you go through this time of public grieving and as you all adapt to the hole in your...

Dear Otte family, I personally have rich and dear memories of Warren as he was my counselor at GRCHS from 87-90. He was also my brother´s counselor too and he dealt with a lot from my older brother Todd. But his grace and patience with him was a testimony to me and my family of how gifted he was with working with teens. I also had him and his son Rick officiate our basketball games. My condolences to all of you. I understand personally the struggle with altzheimers also as my dad had the...

Cindi and Tom you have our love and concerns in this difficult time. I have fond memories of Warren as a guidance counselor at Christian High. I recall seeing him at several places after he "retired". Blessings to both of you and your family.

Whenever I saw Mr. Otte at church, he would always say hi to me. He always had a smile on his face. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

What a nice person. Lots of outdoor games on the Otte lawn in the Huizenga subdivision in the 1950s. Condolences to all the extended family

Dear Marcia, my sincere condolences to you and your family in the death of your dear husband. May God surround you with His love and peace.
