Not sure what to say?

Dear Michael,
So sorry to hear of your father's passing. My parents, Michael & Mary Silensky, lived next door to you and your parents on Washington Street. I saw your father shortly after your mom died and spoke with him. I asked how you were and he told me that you were married - he was so proud of you. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers now and in the days ahead.

Marie (Silenksy) Halstead

Mike,
I'm so sorry to hear that your father has passed on. I'm sure you have a lifetime of memories that you can hold onto and cherish. I remember you Mike as one of the best at Mt. Carmel, your Dad must have had something to do with that! My thoughts are with you and your family.

To My Godfather, I will miss you, you are forever within my thoughts and prayers.

My backyard and "Bill's" adjoined so I would often see him working in his garden or sitting on his back porch. He was very proud of his garden and always had good advice for me if I were to start one. Every year he would tell me how the huge black walnut trees in our neighbors yard made his tomatoes wither or the havoc the numerous woodchucks in the area were causing. I will miss Bill.

Michael, Irene...
Our condolences on your loss. Your father was a Ukrainian gentleman who found the American dream to come true and who took exceptional pride in the accomplishments of his son.
As we have grown to that age where we part with our parents, we can take comfort in a multitude of memories to make us smile.
