I first met Dr. Webster during my Graduated studies at PVU. He walked into class and asked "is testing valid"; Everyone gave varying answers while Dr. Webster provided a practical answer and forced everyone to think outside the box. Dr. Webster was always willing to assist, challenge and encourage those who were afforded the opportunity to meet him. He was instrumental in my graduating magna cum laude in my graduating class. He was a wonderful Professor and will be greatly missed!...
