Not sure what to say?

Norma,
Teresa just told me of your loss yesterday. I am so sorry to hear about Wayne. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sharon Hogge Cheek

I was deeply saddened to learn of Wayne's death. Though I haven't seen him since about 1972, I remember his deep love for the Hampton High School Band and the joy and enthusiasm with which he played the Tuba and Sousaphone. Even after he graduated he came to chaperone nearly every event the band participated in. He hauled equipment and took care of the kids in the band just as if he were the band director. He has a particular place in my heart and I mourn his loss.
