Dear Wayne, Earlier today I walked in the substation, and as ALWAYS, I asked about you only to be hit w/ the news of your passing! I dropped my bag, told the officer "NO! You must be mistaken" Immediately typed your name online, saw you're face, & instantly began to sob like newborn! YOU made me smile from my heart!! ALWAYS joked around, could & would be that beautiful soul with anyone that was blessed to meet you! I've told my family stories about when we worked together, stories you've told...
