When I heard about the passing of Superintendent Bennett, I was in total shock. He was truly a genuine, courteous and respectful man that treated everyone with the highest respect. Wayne was at the 75th. anniversary of the NYS Police Scuba Divers September 14/16 2007 and we had dinner together. God bless the Bennett family.
